Exhibition

We are now inviting interested parties to be part of the EAS Congress 2006
Exhibition. You and your organization can highlight your programmes, projects
and services in the field of Ocean and Coastal Sustainability through this
special exhibit held simultaneous to the International Conference. Specifically,
the Exhibition aims at:

Promoting the understanding on the interconnectivity of the
Seas of East Asia as well as the importance and value to the economic and
social prosperity of the region (One Ocean);
-
Forging a greater sense of responsibility to work together in partnerships among
various stakeholders and community members in protecting and managing the marine
and coastal resources in the Seas of East (One People); and
-
Mobilizing active partners who can share their knowledge, expertise and
resources in achieving the vision and goals of the sustainable development in
the Seas of East Asia (One Vision).

Support
The Congress Secretariat is actively looking for ways to help fund the
participation of worthy individuals or groups, such as young experts and
scientists from developing countries. Should you require Letters of
Recommendation from the Secretariat for sponsorship solicitation activities, you may e-mail the Secretariat at
congress@pemsea.org or you may use the
Online Message Form. Candidates with partial financial support from other sources
will be of advantage.
